Prior goal of COPART Germany is it to offer a large number of diverse (salvage) vehicles. Realization and retention of this demand build the elementary basis for the sustainable success of our company.
Customer satisfaction results from compliance with agreements regarding safety, environment, quality and consistence of our service. Here we aim to act fair, honestly and openly in the interests of our customers.
We commit ourselves and all those acting on our behalf to fulfill the relevant legal and regulatory obligations as well as the requirements and expectations of our relevant interested parties. In addition, we commit ourselves to the protection of the environment and to the prevention of environmental pollution, as far as they can be influenced by us.
In the internal process the compliance with certain guidelines means a minimization of mistakes and double work. This should not be achieved through an increased monitoring effort but through the motivation of our employees.
The security and health of our employees in addition to the prevention of environmental impacts are an important self-commitment. We fulfill this by the continuous improvement of our quality and environmental management system as well as by the active integration of our employees. Team spirit and open communication are the basic foundation for this and binding for everyone.
Due to instructions the quality and environmental management system ensures that deviations of standards are recognized, analyzed and their recurrence also in a similar form are prevented.
By the implementation of the described systems, the following major goals should be achieved:

Copart Germany is regularly audited and certified for all processes, key figures and specifications according to international standards ISO 9001 and ISO 14001.
