Pick Up Process

You have purchased your dream vehicle at the auction? Congratulations! What happens now?  

Within one working day after the end of the auction you will receive a confirmation email from us about your successfully purchased vehicle. A short time later you will find the invoice online in your Copart.de account in your personal member dashboard.  

Please note: the payment term of our sales is "due immediately", i.e. all payments must be received on our account within three working days from receipt of the invoice, otherwise a late payment fee will be charged. If we do not receive payment after six business days, we will cancel the purchase at your expense. All payments must be made exclusively through your registered company bank account to our account. Payments made through third parties will be rejected by us.

When you make a payment, it will always be applied first to open fee payments and only then to new purchased auction vehicles when all open fees have been paid off.  

If there are no more outstanding fees at the time of payment, you will receive your PIN verification. This will be emailed to you plus all relevant details on how to pick up your vehicle. If you have not received an e-mail or have deleted it by mistake, you can easily read the PIN yourself in your member portal in your "payment history" or even "regenerate" it. If you leave the collection of the vehicle to a third party, they can pass on the PIN - simply by e-mail or SMS from your member area on the Copart.de portal or from the app.  

If not all fees have been paid at the time of collection, the collector will of course also have the option of settling the outstanding payments directly on-site at our yard / location by EC card.   

Please note: You have five working days, including the day of the sale, to pick up your auctioned vehicles before late pick-up fees become due.  

You as the buyer are responsible for the transport of the vehicle, unless you decide to use our delivery option. The vehicle documents will be mailed to you after payment and pickup of the vehicle. Once the documents are sent by us, you will receive a tracking with tracking ID from UPS or DHL.
