Where can vehicles be delivered to?
On request, Copart will deliver vehicles (cars and motorcycles) up to a distance of 500 km from the respective vehicle location within Germany and to the Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg and all other countries bordering Germany up to 100 km from the border crossing.
What types of vehicles can be delivered?
Copart will deliver cars and motorcycles within the stated number of kilometers and at the stated price model. Delivery and costs for transporters and vans are available on request.

How do I arrange for a delivery?
Please contact our logistics team by e-mail or phone with the lot #, company name, contact information for queries (name and phone number) and the destination address. The invoice will be sent by e-mail, which you can then pay via bank transfer. Once your payment has been received, we will arrange for transportation and will inform you of the estimated delivery date. Please note that unloading is the responsibility of the buyer for vehicles that are not able to roll.

How quickly will my vehicle be delivered?
Within 10 business days after receipt of all fees.
Can I select a specific time for delivery?
Scheduling is done in consultation with our logistics team and we will of course try to take all customer wishes into account
How do I pay for delivery services?
The invoice will be sent to you by e-mail. Please pay the amount via bank transfer. As soon as your payment has been received, we will arrange transportation for your purchased vehicle and inform you about the planned delivery.
