How do I manage my account?
To update contact information, modify your preferences, edit your password or download forms, go to the My Account tab after you’ve logged in.

Keeping your account information up to date is essential for helping us get in touch with you if we have any questions. It also lets us notify you about changes related to payments or documents.

What if I’ve forgotten my user ID or password?
No worries if you’ve lost either of these. For your user ID, call or email Member Services at  +49 (0)211 / 54011800 or service@copart.de. To retrieve your password, enter your user ID or email address on the Sign In page, and your password will be emailed to you.

How do I contact Member Services?
If you have additional questions about bidding and buying, submitting documents, paying for purchases or anything else, feel free to contact our Member Services team Monday to Friday from 8:30am to 5:00pm. You can reach us by phone at +49 (0)211 / 54011800 or via email at service@copart.de.
